Floorplan - Review to choose your booth preferences on your registration

  • STANDARD 10x10 BOOTH: $2,100 - Booths are furnished with 8' high/10' wide draped backwall and 32" draped side rails. Booths are not supplied with any other furniture or utilities, except at Exhibitor's own expense or as indicated by the accessory package below.
    • SIA Member Product Manufacturer 10x10 Booth: $2,000 - Product Manufacturer Booths are designated on the floorplan as "E" booths for Ski and Snowboard product manufacturers. These booths are reserved for members of SIA (SnowSports Industries America). As an SIA member they receive $100 off the standard booth cost.
    • Optional discounted furniture accessory packages are available only when purchased with your exhibit booth space in advance through BEWI. Electrical and internet services are not available through BEWI. Ordering information will be available on the Exhibitor Set-up page in late summer.
      • The 10'x10' Standard $275 package includes blue carpet, blue draped 6' low table and two chairs, if you prefer a blue-draped 6' x 42" high counter and two stools select the Standard $325, both include 10'x10' blue carpet and a sign.
      • For 10'x20' double booths, the package includes 10'x20' blue carpet, blue draped 6' low table and two chairs in the Enhanced $450 package, if you prefer a blue-draped 6' x 42" high counter and two stools select the Enhanced $500, both include 10'x20' blue carpet and a sign.

These packages represent substantial savings off the show decorator's individual item costs and these prices are only available as a package (no substitutions). Please indicate preference when registering.

    • Add $200 upcharge to be guaranteed a corner location on a standard booth. Please indicate preference when registering. 
  • ISLAND SPACE - Mini-Island 20'x20': $8,000Maxi-Island 30'x30': $17,000
    • Islands are space only and not provided with drapery or booth furniture packages. Additional sizes are available upon request - contact BEWI for additional pricing.
  • ELECTRICAL and WIFI - Must be ordered directly. No packages available thru BEWI.  Instructions will be available in the "Exhibitor Set-Up Information".
